We have completed 8 years journey as an organization and are striding forward with an excellent momentum. In fact the story of this year is all round growth in Staffing, Training & Recruitment services. I would like to list these factors as 8 Ps of growth!
People, Places, Projects, Performance, Process, Promotions, Profits, & Pharma service..
People first, it’s the tremendous team effort and support of one all which helped to make the giant strides we have taken this year.
Chakrath family is now a strong team of 800 and increasing everyday.. We are thankful to our clients NOKIA, Godrej Hershey & Tissot for these additions.
Places: Yes we started going places; we have been chosen as Training partner for a leading MNC beverages manufacturing & marketing company in NIGERIA.
It gives me immense pleasure to congratulate Narayanan, Director-Projects, for taking the initiative in conceptualizing and executing this very important assignment. Personally for me traveling to Amsterdam, Finland, London, & Nigeria, has been professionally a great journey with immense learning.
Projects: We have added new projects with Godrej Hershey, ITC & Cadbury. These projects helped us to make inroads even in smaller towns, Tier 3 & below for deployment. This would not have been possible for the spirited contribution from Kannan, Chandrasekhar & Devadasan, I am very thankful for the same.
Performance: Our growth in adding New People, Places & Projects speaks volumes about our service delivery to our clients. Our performance standards have been high and this has resulted in the overall results.
Process : Systems & Processes have been the foundation on which Chakrath is being built. The pillars of our infrastructure are the “Back Office Team” under the stewardship of Mrs. Rama Srinivasan & Mr. Rangarajan. Quality of work execution in Admin, HR, MIS, & Finance has been astute and most importantly stands out for accuracy of records and keeping the time lines.
If not for the tireless support of the office team, we could not have managed to grow the way we have done in this competitive arena. I am very proud of this team and grateful to each every member of this team for their dedication & commitment to serve the sales team.
Promotions : Our people have been recognized & rewarded for successful performance and have been promoted to the level next by our clients in our projects. We continue to support internal promotion of candidates wherever opportunity arises.
Profits : Any business has to have benchmark in profits, so that it can continue to be the winner in this immensely competitive service industry. We have been Profitable; have grown along with our people & projects.
Pharma Service : Our recruitment arm catering especially to Pharma & allied industries “Careergoals” has been adding new clients and helps them in talent acquisition. This is the brain child of Venkatramanan, who single handedly conceived this project & working with top clients to reach new heights in recruitment solutions. Well done!
It’s very important to sustain this momentum & grow in People, Places, Projects, Performance, Process, Promotions, Profits, & Pharma service..
All this was possible only because of the support we got from our well wishers, clients & customers. Take this opportunity to thank & look forward to your continued support in this journey of Chakrath.
